                                Peer Helpers

Peer Helpers is a class that strives to teach students to be positive role models and helpers to those within our school and community. Within the framework of the Peer Helpers, students will be asked to develop and relate positive communication, listening, and coping skills to their peers. Students may be asked to do mentoring, student orientation, peer mediation, and other activities that improve school climate . Students wanting to be in Peer Helpers must fill out an application form, be voted in by their peers, and have a faculty member sponsor them.
